They are way too small and there is no way to exchange or return there is no information on how to do that on your site and not one piece of paper comes with the product to make any inquiry

Ive emailed multiple times letting them know I purchased the wrong size and need to exchange. I got one reply saying they would send a return invoice and never did. I followed up twice with zero response. This was going to be a gift for the holidays and now it’s obviously too late as it is December 20th. Really would have loved to see this jacket on my friends pup but alas it seems like I’m just stuck with one that will not fit.
